One-Time Purchases: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, provided that you have not downloaded, installed, or activated the software beyond initial trial use.
Subscriptions:
Refunds are only available within the first 7 days of the initial subscription payment if you are dissatisfied or experience technical issues we cannot resolve.
Renewal payments are non-refundable once processed.
Technical Issues: Refunds may be considered if the software fails to perform as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
Refunds are not available for:
Setup or installation fees.
Customization, add-ons, or development services.
Failure to use the software after purchase (“change of mind”).
Incompatibility caused by third-party services outside our control.

Refund claims will be reviewed within 5–10 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (e.g., card, bank transfer).

Access to the Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
No prorated refunds are provided for partial months or unused services.
